Do you design training programmes as well as deliver them?Yes, we offer bespoke curriculum development according to your organisation’s needs and informed by your organisation’s philosophy and targets.

Are your workshops suitable for people other than teachers?Yes! Because we focus on people, teams and learning, we have been able to successfully create and deliver training that is suitable for different workplace situations. We work with individuals and teams from a variety of companies in different disciplines, as well as schools.

Are your workshops always face-to-face?Our clients usually prefer a real-life experience when we deliver our workshops. We believe that there is much to be gained about learning from face-to-face workshops that promote engagement and human connection.

How long are your workshops?Since each workshop is developed to meet an identified need, we are able to schedule bespoke timings which fit in with an organisation’s operational schedule and practice. Single workshops may be between 90 minutes and 3 hours. We have also designed training that covers a day or two, and longer programmes that integrate into an organisation’s operations over three to six months.

How do you arrive at the cost of each workshop?The base cost for each workshop covers the observation, research, time and professional costs of the facilitators. Further costs depend on the bespoke nature of each workshop, and are determined together with each client, based on factors like the size of the team, the training venue, extra material and human resources required. Please contact us directly to discuss your organisation's needs.

How long does it take to prepare a bespoke workshop?This depends on client needs, determined by whether the required training is for general team learning and operational streamlining, or for a more specific goal and target. Typically, the workshops are ready between three and six weeks after the final observation and report meeting with management.
